A lighting upgrade for the automobile dealership in Ohio back in 2012. Several projects have gone underway since then with this client on other sites across the region.

Included: full bathroom, skylight, power saving windows and ventilation system, matching hardwood cabinet areas for the TV and bar, and built-in seats around the corner windows. Not included: batteries.
Two-Story Porch Renovation
Weather got the best of this wood frame, so it was scrapped entirely. The columns were refurbished, lighting and a ceiling fan were put in, and a home could enjoy the outdoors without really being outdoor.
